Over the years I’ve tried to keep expanding and clarifying everything between the sales page and contract.
To really distill it all down…I set up my own digital assets…website, local maps, videos, etc and generate calls thru them from homeowners local to the client for the specific resto services they offer.
Calls are filtered and forwarded in real time.
There are no junk form subs/emails, stale voicemails, etc…it’s all live calls as imo that’s the only thing that’s worth anything.

Prices per VALID lead:
$300 Primary Water Damage Leads as well as Fire & Storm
$150 Mold remediation
$200 Bio
You can pick any/all types and they get filtered accordingly so you’re not getting something you don’t want.
I go over call recordings every week and send a report of the leads…you have 3 days to check it out and if anything invalid slipped thru somehow, just say so , I’ll take it off the final invoice before issuing it for payment.
Calls get generated in a very specific manner to avoid non targeted calls from coming in in the first place, then they get filtered in real time with a simple but effective IVR, then the call recordings are gone over before being added to the report for billing.
So it’s multi layered, and if something weird somehow gets thru all that and you don’t like it, just say so, I’ll go over the recording again, adjust whatever needs adjusted so it doesn’t happen again, and take it off the invoice.
I’m super easy to work with, no hassle or argument about any of it…I generate a lot of leads and only want to charge for ones ppl are happy to pay for and stick around long term.
Restoration specific marketing is all I do and has been for nearly a decade now…no hvac, plumbing, roofing, etc…just resto.
